blue print - thanks, although i'm sure it would be better to put yourself to sleep with my droning voice... also some other people mentioned the pros of manga studio on the facebook post of this: "Joshua Greathouse - Manga studio inking is amazing. It feels more like inking by hand (not 100% but whole lot more then PSD.) Also if you have to do any coloring, Manga Studio 5 is a must. I would recommend it Ben." "Eric Jones - Ben, I used Photoshop for years and years myself, but I'm in the midst of making the transition to Manga Studio now. In a nutshell, it's JUST for comics -- there are tools specifically for panel layout, tools for every step from roughs, to inks, to tones, to lettering and coloring (and from flat color to fully-painted, for that matter), and it handles things like two-page spreads natively. It also has a great perspective tool which generates rulers for as many points of perspective as you choose (and which can be set to keep your lines in perspective, if you choose), it accommodates 3D models quite well (and even comes with some of its own), and in a lot of ways it works like Photoshop, so the learning curve isn't too tough."
elena - we'll see how the final art turns out!
AIM - i think i actually have manga studio, i just really like using PSD for what i do. but i use an older version, can't stand the newer CC ones, so i'll probably have to switch to studio at some point.
