zawadi - surely not. as for detail, i just lightly draw out the big picture, then work out details. drawings like this are relatively easy; unlike comic page art, i'm not trying to catch an EXACT expression or pose etc.

Wow this is one of the greatest pieces of art I have ever seen in my entire life. It has such great detail, how do you do it?
